Use of Website

This website is intended for lawful business and informational purposes only. Users agree not to:

Professional Services

All services are subject to project scope, availability, timelines, and mutually agreed deliverables.

Payments

Payment terms may vary depending on the service package or consulting engagement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • payment is required prior to project initiation,
  • and consulting work will not begin until payment has cleared.

Refund Policy

Clients may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if project work has not begun.

After 24 hours:

  • 50% of the total project fee becomes non-refundable.

After 72 hours:

  • all payments become fully non-refundable due to operational scheduling, resource allocation, strategic planning, and project preparation activities.

Revisions

All service packages include a maximum of two (2) revisions unless otherwise specified in writing. Additional revisions or expanded scope requests may require additional fees.


Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • provide accurate information,
  • supply requested documentation and access,
  • participate in scheduled meetings,
  • and respond to project communications in a timely manner.

Projects delayed beyond 45 days due to client inactivity may be subject to restart or reactivation fees.


Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Collaborative Shared Technologies LLC retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, templates, frameworks, and consulting processes.
  • Clients retain ownership of their business data, submitted materials, and approved final deliverables upon full payment.

Limitation of Liability

Collaborative Shared Technologies LLC shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages,
  • consequential damages,
  • loss of profits,
  • business interruption,
  • or operational losses arising from use of this website or consulting services.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service engagement.


No Guarantees

While Collaborative Shared Technologies LLC strives to provide high-quality consulting services and operational recommendations, we do not guarantee:

  • revenue increases,

  • or regulatory approvals.
