Our Story
Collaborative Shared Technologies LLC® was founded in 2022 with a singular purpose: helping organizations transform knowledge into a strategic advantage and technology into measurable outcomes.
We recognized that many organizations invest heavily in technology, data, and digital transformation initiatives without establishing the governance, knowledge infrastructure, workforce readiness, and organizational capabilities needed to realize their full value. As a result, critical knowledge remains fragmented, lessons learned are lost, and technology investments often fail to achieve their intended impact.
Collaborative Shared Technologies LLC® was established to bridge that gap by combining Knowledge Management, Enterprise Intelligence™, artificial intelligence, process improvement, training, and strategic advisory services to help organizations improve decision-making, workforce effectiveness, operational performance, and mission success.
Today, we serve commercial organizations, private-sector companies, nonprofit institutions, educational organizations, government agencies, prime contractors, and international clients as a trusted Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

Asha A. Peterson leads Collaborative Shared Technologies LLC® with a focus on enterprise transformation, organizational effectiveness, and mission-driven results. With 24 Years of Knowledge Management Experience Since 2002, she brings extensive expertise in Knowledge Management, Enterprise Intelligence™, artificial intelligence governance, process improvement, information management, and organizational learning.
As Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Asha provides the company's strategic direction, oversees client engagements, drives business growth initiatives, and leads the development of the broader KnowledgeRoots™ ecosystem, including KnowledgeRoots™ Enterprise Institute, KnowledgeRoots™ Media Center, KnowledgeRoots™ Enterprise Awards™ & Spotlights, and KnowledgeRoots™ Events & Experiences™.
Bryant Brown
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Bryant Brown oversees operational excellence, program execution, business operations, and organizational performance across Collaborative Shared Technologies LLC®. As Chief Operating Officer, he supports the successful delivery of client services, strategic initiatives, partnerships, and growth objectives while helping ensure operational efficiency and execution excellence throughout the organization.
Bryant works closely with executive leadership to strengthen organizational capabilities, support client success, and advance the company's commitment to delivering innovative solutions, measurable outcomes, and exceptional service to commercial, government, nonprofit, and international clients.
